To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, please review our policies carefully.
Appointment Deposits
- 
All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 
If you cancel your appointment within 8 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. 
- 
If you reschedule your appointment within 8 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be transferable to the new appointment. However, if you reschedule and then cancel the new appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. 
- 
You can reschedule twice before a new deposit is required if done within the 8 hours.* 
- 
Reschedules need to be made within 3 weeks from the original appointment date. *

Lateness Policy
- 
For appointments lasting 30 minutes, there is a 10-minute grace period. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. 
- 
For longer appointments with multiple services, if you are late, the appointment will be adjusted, and not all services may be completed. 
No Call/No Show Policy
- 
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be forfeited. 
- 
After 2 no call/no shows, full payment is required in advance for future bookings.
