To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, please review our policies carefully.

Appointment Deposits

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be transferable to the new appointment. However, if you reschedule and then cancel the new appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • You can reschedule twice before a new deposit is required if done within the 12 hours.*

  • Reschedules need to be made within 3 weeks from the original appointment date. *

Lateness Policy

  • For appointments lasting 30 minutes, there is a 10-minute grace period. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

  • For longer appointments with multiple services, if you are late, the appointment will be adjusted, and not all services may be completed.

No Call/No Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • After 2 no call/no shows, full payment is required in advance for future bookings.
