A 50% deposit is required for every service when booking online. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service!

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance. However, cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

We kindly offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments lasting 30 minutes or longer. Beyond this grace period, we may need to reschedule or adjust the appointment. If you anticipate running behind, please notify us via text or call. Your punctuality ensures we can provide you with the best service possible
No Call No Show

In the unfortunate event of a no-call, no-show, the deposited amount is non-refundable. Following two consecutive instances of no-call, no-show, full payment will be required to book future appointments. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time are greatly appreciated, ensuring our continued commitment to delivering quality service
