Enter through the double doors and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
- If you prefer to take the stairs, follow the entry instructions in the After 5 PM + Weekends section below.
When you exit the elevator, turn left.
You’ll see a door labeled “Billy Penn Beauty.”
Enter through the door and have a seat in the lobby.

When the building is closed, the main double doors will be locked. Use the single door directly to the left of the double doors on 5th Street.

The Butterfly entry system is located at this door.

Press “Directory” on the Butterfly system.
Type “Serene Sugaring.”
Select Serene Sugaring, then press “Call.”
Once your call is answered, the door will unlock for you.
After entering, you can take the stairs or continue straight through the door to the elevator.
- If you take the elevator, go to the 3rd floor and follow the directions above.
- If you take the stairs, go to the 3rd floor and continue down the hallway.
Turn right toward the door labeled “Billy Penn Beauty.”
Enter through the door and have a seat in the lobby.
